Formal letter

Dear Mr. Usher,
 I am writing because I found a criminal in our shop. His name is Jeremy Bieber, he is a dishonest assistant and he stole some products in the shop. I think I have to fire him.
 Jeremy is a bad person because he stole some money.
I'm going to tell you how he looks like. He has blue eyes, brown short hair and he wears glasses. He is tall and thin. Today he is wearing a blue T-shirt, a red sweater, blue jeans, brown shoes, green socks and a black jacket.
 Today I'm going to fire Jeremy because of what he did. If you disagree with this, please tell me. If you agree with this, he will go to jail.
